This 100+ booth show, voted one of America’s TOP 15 FLEAS, offers an opportunity to sell a wide variety of merchandise from smalls to furniture. We are committed to producing a quality show and will be advertising with digital and other sources of media.
SET UP/TAKE DOWN: Set up of booths must be complete at show opening and must remain set-up and open for business until show closing. Booths and aisles must be kept clear for safe access throughout show hours. Takedown takes place from 4-7pm. No take down before 4pm! Take down must be completed by 7pm.
FEE: This is a juried event, if you are accepted you will receive an invoice for the booth fee. Note: Due to high demand, your spot will not be held without payment. All Cancellations within 30 days of the market date will not be refunded or pushed forward to a different event. Watch Your email inbox for show updates. Please be aware any invoices not paid within 30 days from invoice execution may be subject to a late fee or booth cancellation.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Physical or verbal threats or abuse, obscene, libelous or slanderous conduct, disruptive behavior, willful disobedience, profanity, vulgarity, open and persistent defiance of authority, or the persistent abuse of FJS Productions or security personnel will not be tolerated and may result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the Flea Market.
COMPLIANCE: FJS Productions,LLC reserves the right to restrict and evict any Seller for non-compliance with rules and regulations as stated herewith, or any Seller whose method of operation distracts from the integrity of the event without refund to seller. No Seller shall conduct his business so as to interfere with or disturb others. Failure to comply with any of the rules stated herewith shall be grounds for eviction from this event without refund and the denial of issuance of future space rental. The permission granted to sell at one event shall not convey a right to sell at future events.
CUSTOM ORDERS: This is a cash and carry market, no vendors shall take custom orders at our markets.
MERCHANDISE: We take pride in presenting a quality show featuring carefully curated, reputable dealers. Our guidelines for vintage dealers booth content must consist of at least 85% authentic vintage merchandise. The remaining 15% must be complementary to the theme of the show and accurately represented. Original designs from upcycled materials will be considered along with handmade and unique products. The sale of pornographic/inappropriate language items, alcohol, tobacco or firearms, and weapons of any kind is prohibited. Booths are monitored to assure all merchandise is vintage/antique or handmade. Items that are not permitted must be removed. Repeat offenders will not be permitted to return.
The undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the above named show. FJS Productions, its workers, the Sponsor, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agent or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waives any claim against FJS Productions, the Sponsor. The Exhibitor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property entrusted to the premises.
Exhibitor shall hold FJS Productions, the Sponsor, harmless and shall indemnify FJS Productions, LLC, the Sponsor, against all liability or expense arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property together will all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney's fees. The above mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is cancelled for any reason. Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell items purchased from other vendors at the show or sell any merchandise bearing The Great Junk Hunt or FJS Productions name or logo. FJS Productions reserve the right to demand removal by Exhibitor of any item which may not be in keeping with the shows image. FJS Productions, LLC reserves the right to make rules and regulations it deems proper and necessary, and Exhibitor agrees to accept such rules and regulations and any interpretation as is set forth by FJS Productions, LLC.
All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
Media: You may be photographed by a FJS photographer and various media outlets, and may be filmed by various entities. The images and or film may be used as promotional material by FJS Productions or various entities, as approved by FJS Productions, and belong solely to FJS Productions and/or various entities. This contract cannot be assigned without prior written consent of FJS Productions. No booths may be shared without the prior written consent of FJS Productions. Space is not reserved until payment is received.
Cancellation: All Cancellations within 30 days of the market date will not be refunded or pushed forward to a different event Space Rental Fees will not be returned if Exhibitor cancels. Any Exhibitor who fails to show up for any show for which he or she has contracted will forfeit space rental fee. Should any show be cancelled by FJS Productions, LLC, for any reason, this contract is null and void, and Exhibitor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. At any time FJS Productions, LLC reserves the right to evaluate the exhibitor and exclude or remove them from the show and Exhibitor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. No refund if show is cancelled for weather conditions or acts of God.
